What are you grateful for today? ⠀ In 50 years, I have never opened my door to a floral delivery woman saying "Flowers 💐 for Robin." Til today. ⠀ And, I cried 😭. ⠀ For my 40th birthday, I went on a fun girls weekend trip with Dorothy Belden, Amanda Ruth and Lara Odom Harris. We laughed, we shopped, we did #allthethings. I loved that trip. ⠀ So, I always thought I would celebrate 50 in an even bigger way. ⠀ Our May was full of one celebration after another and my 50th got lost. For good reason, but not quite how I envisioned it. ⠀ You only turn half a century once, so I have honestly been a little sad about it. ⠀ And, then these beautiful flowers arrived today with a note that said "Happy belated birthday. You deserve a bigger 50th celebration." 😭 ⠀ Something so small made me feel so seen and loved. ⠀ Yes, my 50th was not all I had hoped it would be. But, it is just one day on the calendar.
