This was a crucial milestone for women’s financial independence post divorce. Jacob Panken Prominent NYC Municipal Court Judge. He was an advocate for specialized judicial handling of domestic and juvenile issues. Justine Polier Judge in the NY Domestic relations court, which included family court and children’s court. She integrated psychiatric, medical, and social work services into family and children’s proceedings. Julian Mack Mack was a primary architect of the early juvenile and family court framework in the US.
