Consider this post in relation to the documentary series on Netflix called "American Conspiracy: The Octopus Murders (2024)" ... If you watch it you will see that federal government infiltrated these tribes for an oppurtunity to perform their dark experiments in clandescence, due to reservation areas having more relaxed laws.
