Full #Privacy / #Sovereignty Stack:

Cloud Storage: Self hosted NAS with 4 drives running raid 10 (best bang for your buck if you want extreme redundancy while hosting your own data). Better data redundancy with drives 2TB or smaller
I use a Synology brand
Bank / Finances: Bank with normal bank, Strike app to buy/send Bitcoin. Send it to your
wallet, and keep it as censorship resistant purchasing power, and private money (if used correctly).
Bitcoin Specifics: Muunwallet is the best beginners wallet, allowing both bitcoin and lightning functionality immediately. Once your learn more, I recommend bluewallet for multisig (higher security) and connecting it to your own node for privacy benefits. Make separate wallets for separate sources of bitcoin. (If you earn it by working for it, keep it in a separate wallet from the bitcoin you buy on an exchange)
Web Browser: Dissenter for everyday browsing, and Tor for anonymous access. On mobile, use Bromite for Android, and Brave if on iOS.
Authenticator App: Aegis Open Source Authenticator
Password apps: KeepassXC on Android (open source / verifiable) or KeepassDX and on desktop: Trezor password manager if you have the bitcoin hardware wallet
VPN: Private Internet Access (can be bought with Gift Cards anonymously) or Mullvad
Gift Card / Phone Refill / Shopping: Bitrefill and Fold via bitcoin.
Email: Protonmail (able to sign up without a name or using a fake name, has encryption built in when messaging other protonmail users).
... If you would like to continue using your normal email privately, learn about PGP encryption and use it with the open source apps "Fair Email" + OpenKeyChain (PGP manager). The contacts you send to will need PGP also if using this.
