Hmmm… Guys… PLEASE. Have some compassion for Patrick Clancy.This man lost all three of his children, and somehow, after nearly an entire MONTH of unimaginable grief, he managed to scrape together the strength to take a little vacation in Costa Rica. 🍹🥺🏖️ And the resilience it must have taken to use his voice to leave a 5-star review for a hiking trail while grieving his children? Honestly… staggering. But somehow, the strength just kept coming. Despite the devastating inconvenience of his wife being alive and facing murder charges, this courageous man found it within himself to completely reinvent his life in NYC, fall in love, and move into an Upper East Side apartment…owned by his new father-in-law. And then, because apparently grief requires real estate decisions too, he SOLD the house where his children were murdered to the DA from the office of who prosecuted his wife. Four months after losing all three of his children, he also somehow found the strength to join a yacht club. A yacht club. While sitting on a $1.7 MILLION GoFundMe raised by people who donated because they believed they were helping a grieving father. And naturally, when it came time to cremate his three children, they were all placed into ONE urn. Because nothing says “I am processing this unimaginable loss” quite like maximizing the efficiency of the cremation vessel. And then, as if fate hadn’t already asked enough of him, he had to continue this brave new life with a woman who looks EXFUCKINGACTLY like his wife. 👁️👄👁️ But please, everyone… Grief looks different for everyone, okay???? Apparently, sometimes grief looks like Costa Rica, 5-star hiking reviews, a yacht club, a new Upper East Side apartment, a new girlfriend who looks just like your wife, and selling the murder house to the prosecutor.
