Well, it turns out it's Ian Cheshire: lead non-executive director for the UK Cabinet Office board (government). He is also campaign chairman of Heads Together (of Princes William and Harry), chair of The Prince of Wales's Charitable Fund, chair of the independent charity, the Food, Farming and Countryside Commission, and a trustee of The Institute for Government. LANDSEC itself also owns Trllium. #Trillium owns the property portfolio of The Department for Work and Pensions (#DWP), and British Telecom (#BritishTelecom / #BT). And Trillium manages the property portfolios of Royal Mail (#RoyalMail) and Birmingham City Council #BirminghamCityCouncil). And it owns £1.46bn of Network Rail's commercial estate in a joint venture with Blackstone Property Partners known as The Arch Company. The list of famous and not-so-famous names goes on and on.
