Yeah he will. He just has to be bullied into it first. That's how this cycle has played out with literally everything up to this point. A government will claim they won't give Ukraine something, people complain in response, then said government will back down and give Ukraine that something. The warmongers can literally meme world leaders into doing anything they want at this point.
