Psoriasis can be brutal. For 20 years, there was constant itching, hiding, discomfort, and the feeling of not recognizing your own skin. By 2024, the condition had become overwhelming—covered from head to toe and struggling emotionally to even leave the house. Creams, injections, prescriptions—everything had been tried, but nothing seemed to provide lasting relief. Then came across information about ivermectin and cancer research, including claims suggesting a possible connection between parasites and psoriasis. That raised a question: if animals are routinely dewormed, could something similar help with psoriasis? A personal experiment followed: three rounds of ivermectin and three rounds of Safeguard (fenbendazole), over six weeks, with a one-week break between rounds. According to this personal experience, the results felt life-changing. The itching became much less intense. Sleep improved. Digestion seemed better. Even monthly symptoms reportedly became easier to manage. Most importantly, the skin began to heal. After two decades of struggling, finally feeling comfortable in the skin again was hard to believe. Different approaches may work differently for different people, but personal experiences can raise questions worth discussing with qualified healthcare professionals. Not medical advice. This is a personal experience shared for informational purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional before using ivermectin, fenbendazole, or any other medication.
