Does heat destroy all the ozone inside an ozone sauna and renders the whole operation useless? This argument comes up every now and then. This plus the mention of a mysterious ozone sauna experiment that measured ozone on some undefined "skin level". Anyone who has ever done an ozone sauna of course knows that there is still plenty of ozone left in an ozone sauna. Yes, heat destroys ozone, but it takes time to accomplish this. And there is new ozone being pumped in all the time. So there is so much ozone left inside an ozone sauna box that you need to wear a neck towel, have a fan blow at you, wear a mask on top of it, or at least that is what I like to do. And when you step out of the sauna box there is so much of the gas left that you may catch a whiff and accidentally hurt yourself. Yes heat destroys ozone. But it doesn't do it fast enough. So there is still plenty of ozone left inside the ozone sauna.
