https://news.yahoo.com/third-former-hospitality-workers-wont-121242171.html Big Picture - our government promoted the service economy as the place to go for those that lost work in factories as globalization took hold. Jobs that can't sustain a family. Bad COVID policy reactions decimated this sector and I'm not surprised they don't want to go back.
