The few remaining Freedom Convoy defendants are scheduled for year’s late court judgments in the next few months. It is time for Canada to do the right thing and give those defendant’s the honest freedom and respect they deserve. WHY? The Canadian Government made arrests and seized property of the 2022 Canada Freedom Convoy based on an illegal Emergencies Act restricting access to bank accounts and millions of donation dollars; and blocking access to Court proceeding information to the accused and the public based on “Cabinet Confidentiality”. There was no honest “rule of law” judicial process provided. The Canadian Government arrested non-violent Canadian Citizens who were peacefully protesting for Freedom against Government Mandates in Ottawa using violent, overwhelming force for the arrests. Over a 4-day period from Feb 17 to Feb 20, 2022 the Canadian Government arrested over 200 people and they impounded over 50 trucks.
