Spain didn't get anything from Germany after their civil war because Franco was too pussy to choose a side, preferring to wait it out and see whether England or Germany would have the higher chance of winning. To join the war Franco asked for basic things Spain needed, its overseas territories, and Hitler refused because Germamy wanted them. Hitlers aid during the civil war came late and was just enough to keep Franco afloat and weaken both sides. Franco had to stockpile arms and hide it from Germany so he had enough to actually win.
