2 hours later #interacdown still, = ~1.2M Interac Subscribers, the past two hours, currently at 1600+ complaints every 5 minutes (using observed fact that only 1 in 100 actually report anything) have been not been able to use their cards, = about ~4% of the subscriber population. starting to look really big, the banks run Interac , it will take TD, RBC, CIBC, BMO awhile to get their IT staff back in to fix it, = it's going to be a LONG Weekend, since one cant withdraw any cash to buy groceries either... or pay their rent or mortgage if this keeps up.
