This was posted on the official account of parliament of Ukraine (Supreme Council / Verhuvna Rada), and I personally downloaded it. I knew they would delete it once they realized what they posted. Interestingly enough, they didn't try to blame "Russian hackers". Instead, they just ignored all queries.
