No Christian should be without a COMPLETE Bible. Tell your Protestant friends that entire chapters and books were hidden from them in their Protestant Old Testament. Ask them: Why are so many church leaders HIDING Scripture from you?! Inform them of the easily verifiable history that all Christians used these books for over a thousand years, before they were removed by Protestant leaders in the 16th century for "academic reasons." Ask them: Do you think men have the right to remove Scripture from the Bible for the sake of academia? Then give them these options... 1. Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition (RSV-CE) 2. Revised Standard Version Second Catholic Edition (RSV-2CE) 3. New Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition (NRSV-CE) 4. Jerusalem Bible (JB) 5. New Jerusalem Bible (NJB) 6. Revised New Jerusalem Bible (RNJB) 7. English Standard Version Catholic Edition ESV-CE 8. Douay–Rheims Bible (DRB) Tell them to shop these translations and pick the one they like the most. Tell them these translations contain all the books standardized at the Synod of Carthage in AD 397, in addition to the 27 New Testament books.
