I have experienced part of what the children underground experience. I want to go down in the tunnels and help - whom do I ask for that? I can give covering fire, I can clean up after the troops, help find more children, and help give love and care to the children. I know part of their hell and I know that I know it. I have no insider contacts. I'm just guessing. Disclaimer: Everything is just for entertainment. I'm told I have to say this for US law. I am in Europe and have no idea about this.
