The man-made hurricane Milton dropped suddenly in strength from category 5 to category 2 just as it was About to hit Floridas coast. Those who know how to set up These manipulated Hurricanes also know how to take them down. So surely also the White Hats know and surely it was the White Hats who demolished Milton. Why then was Helene permitted to continue? Helene has an additional complication - the dams. The dams were opened before Helene hit. People there reported the water Levels rising before the rains began. I believe the White Hats are able to demolish These artificial Hurricanes and believe they will do such in future.
