Gab Feeds let you group accounts into a focused, chronological timeline instead of relying on a recommendation algorithm to guess what you want to see.

How feeds work

Create a feed, add the accounts you want in it, and Gab shows their posts together in one timeline. You do not have to follow someone to add them to a feed. Feeds can stay private for your own use or be published so other people can subscribe — browse the public feeds to see what the community has built.

Why use a feed instead of the algorithm

A feed is an explicit editorial choice: you decide who is in it, and posts appear in order. Nothing gets buried for underperforming, and nothing is injected because it drove engagement for someone else. It is the closest thing to a reverse-chronological timeline you control end to end.

Feeds, groups, and follows

Follow accounts to shape your main timeline. Join groups to take part in a community. Build feeds when you want a read-only, curated view of a specific set of voices — a news feed, a markets feed, a feed of pastors, a feed of local accounts.

Feeds people actually build

A handful of patterns come up again and again: a news feed of the accounts that break stories first; a markets or precious-metals feed; a feed of pastors and ministries; a homesteading or gardening feed that fills up seasonally; a local feed of accounts in one state or city; and a "read later" feed of long-form writers whose posts deserve more than a scroll.

Feeds versus following everyone

Following an account mixes it into your main timeline permanently. A feed keeps it separate, which is what makes feeds useful for high-volume accounts you want to read deliberately rather than constantly. Many people follow a few dozen accounts and put the other few hundred into feeds organised by subject.
