Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is absolutely prohibited on Gab under all circumstances — this is non-negotiable and legally mandated. All other adult content policies are defined in Gab's Terms of Service, which can be updated; check gab.com/about/tos for the current rules.

CSAM — any sexual content involving minors — is illegal under U.S. federal law and is an immediate, permanent ban with mandatory reporting to authorities. There are no exceptions, no appeals, no context in which this is permitted. This applies regardless of what the platform's other adult content policies are.
