How can I invest in Gab?

Last updated June 17, 2026

Gab periodically offers community investment through Regulation A+ securities offerings, which allow ordinary investors to purchase equity in Gab AI Inc. These are real equity investments, not donations.

How Regulation A+ works

Regulation A+ is an SEC-regulated offering type that allows companies to raise up to $75 million from the general public — not just wealthy accredited investors. It's sometimes called a "mini-IPO." Gab has used this mechanism to give its users and supporters the opportunity to own a stake in the platform they use and believe in.

Current status

Investment offerings are periodic — they open, run for a limited time, and close. Check gab.com or Gab's social accounts for announcements when a new offering is active, the terms of the investment, the minimum investment amount, and how to participate. If no offering is currently open, you can typically sign up for notifications when the next one launches.

Is this a good investment?

This FAQ doesn't provide investment advice. Any investment in a private company carries risk. Read the offering circular carefully — it contains risk factors, financial statements, and other material information required by the SEC — before investing any amount.
